Dock Seal
A foam-block dock seal compresses against the rear of the trailer to form a tight perimeter seal at the loading dock door. Ideal for cold chain and air-conditioned warehouses, it cuts refrigeration and HVAC energy loss and keeps dust and insects out of the bay.

Where the Dock Seal fits
Cold chain and temperature-controlled bays with a consistent fleet: foam block or brush seals compress against the trailer to close the gap tightly. Where the same vehicle type docks every time, a seal gives a better closure than a shelter and does it more simply.
Dock Seal vs the alternatives
Against a shelter, a foam seal grips the trailer closely and seals better, which is why cold stores favour it. The condition is fleet consistency: a seal sized for one trailer width is compressed excessively by a wider vehicle and barely touched by a narrower one, so mixed fleets wear seals out quickly and seal badly meanwhile.
