Designed to IS 800 / IS 811 / MBMA
Every steel structure is analysed and detailed to IS 800 (general steel construction), IS 811 (cold-formed sections) and MBMA practice for wind and seismic loads. Stamped structural drawings and load calculations supplied for statutory approval.
Primary & Secondary Framing In-House
We fabricate built-up I-section rafters and columns, plus cold-formed Z & C purlins, side runners and bracing — all in-house on calibrated welding lines. Single-source accountability from raw IS 2062 plate to erected frame.
Industrial Sheds & Crane Gantry
Industrial shed structures with built-in crane gantry options — EOT and HOT crane runways integrated into the PEB frame at design stage. Standing-seam and trapezoidal roofing sheets with skylights and turbo-ventilators to suit.
Galvanized or Epoxy-Painted Finish
Choose hot-dip galvanizing for corrosive and coastal environments, or a two-coat epoxy primer plus PU top-coat for inland plants. MS gates, safety railings and platforms all finished to the same durable standard.
Pan-India Fabrication & Erection
